Anyone who works with us is often always a motorcycle enthusiast.
It is not required in the job application. It is simply this, in GIVI you breathe a special air.
All the employees compare themselves. The engineers of R&D, obviously all skilled motorcyclists, compare with employees of other departments, pooled from the same passion, in order to spring out new ideas, improve the existing items, and obtain important feedback from the inside on GIVI's range.
People who initially are not really interested in motorcycles end up apprieciating and loving them.
